CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed through our secure online store will be processed automatically and shipped as soon as the order is authorized. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes and when orders are changed or canceled after a certain point we will apply the following policies:
If your order is cancelled BEFORE it has been shipped, we will NOT charge any cancellation fees.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, we will apply a 10% restocking fee.
We will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Energycoil is unable to adjust or cancel orders once they have shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

To request a return please use our return merchandise authorization (RMA) form, after submitting your request you will receive an email containing your RMA number along with further instructions for processing your return. You may return most new, unopened standard stocking items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. We’ll also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.)

Because shipping times are out of our control we can only guarantee processing times once we receive your return. Average processing times are 3 to 5 business days from when we receive your return, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We process all returns as soon as we receive them.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us through our RMA form. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

We ship Worldwide Daily! Note that some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations, please contact us if you have further questions. If you would like to make a special shipping request please include your request in the ‘Order Notes” section in the shipping address step of your checkout.

Typically there is only the FedEx option during checkout. If UPS does not appear as an option in your area please contact us for shipment options.
